RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. If the return is not due to a product defect or our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

A return request must be submitted and approved before sending items back.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all labels attached.
Unpacked Duvet Covers, Fitted Sheets, and Flat Sheets are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns of laundered or used items.

Item(s) must have been purchased through PERLESILK.com. Purchases from retail partners cannot be returned to our online store.

Custom and made-to-order: Monogrammed items, custom linens, fabric and made-to-order items are final sales and ineligible for exchange or refund, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or error. Any issues with a custom order must be reported to PERLE within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Process
A Return Number must be obtained in order to return any item(s) purchased through our website.
Your return request will then be submitted to our Customer Service team. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an automated email which will contain the Return Number, pre-paid UPS shipping label, and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please be sure to write the Return Number clearly and legibly on the outside of the box.
Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. Please allow additional time to process returned items reported as defective/in need of inspection.
You will receive an automated email notifying you of your refund once processed. Eligible returns will be refunded for the full value of the returned merchandise to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a manufacturer error or if there was a shipping error on our part.
Credits to your account may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement once the return has been processed.
Changes or Cancellations
Most orders placed prior to 12PM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Therefore, once your order is submitted there is a limited window of time during which an order may be cancelled. If you wish to make changes to your order, email info@lasetany.com or call 718-799-4218, 9AM to 5PM ET Monday through Friday.
